Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return unused brakes, please do so within 30 days of purchase. Items must new and in perfect working condition; used, installed special-order items, or international orders (outside of the 50 US states), and custom fit orders cannot be returned. To initiate a return, please contact us via email. We may request you to provide photos of the item to ensure the condition. 

Please note that a 20% restocking fee will apply to all non-defective returns. You can expect your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, although it may arrive sooner. This timeframe includes transit time (5 to 10 business days), processing time (3 to 5 business days), and your bank's processing time (5 to 10 business days). If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and product details, and we will respond promptly.
